Hello otish13 4849967, Thanks for the great suggestions! Also Member 19951, It's really up to you which gravy, but what makes sense is a beef gravy. You can also add a little flour and water (like the other commenter suggested) Hope that helps. Thanks!

I brown-off,3/4 cup of flour w/a cup and half of water, plus a tbsp of worchestershire sauce, too give it that special kick. And those of you ,that can use Accent shake just a little and it'll be a very good cassorole, either way.I just love roast beef hash.

What type of gravy are you referring to?

we add a little water and flour to ours for the gravy. Not sure what gravy they are talking about! We also do ours in a skillet. Just as good!

I make my hash like this, but to me a secret ingredient to add is Worchestershire sauce. Add so much to the flavor of hash. Give it a try ! ! !
