Cream of Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces containter sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 2 pounds skinless chicken breast
Instructions

Combine soup, sourcream, and cooking sherry in a bowl. Clean chicken, and place in a shallow baking pan. Pour soup mixture on top of chicken. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potaoes. The sauce makes a great and easy gravy.
