  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 1 1/2 cup milk or sour cream or mixture of the two
  • 1 package (1 pound) tater tots (potato rounds, gems)
  • 1/4 pound each of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • seasonings, if desired
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brown ground beef in medium saucepan. Drain.
  3. Add soup and milk (and seasonings, if desired).
  4. Mix together and heat on medium-high setting. Stir frequently to avoid scorching.
