Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Parks Hot & Sagey Sausage
  • 1/2 C chopped onions
  • 1/2 C chopped celery
  • 1 can pork & beans
  • 1 can string beans, drained
  • 1 can lima beans, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can white kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup + 1 can water
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • hot sauce (optional)
Instructions

Brown sausage with celery and onions. Break up the sausage into pieces as it cooks. Do NOT drain the fat. Combine with remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly for at least 30 minutes. I use a slow cooker to keep hot for about 2 hours before eating. You may need to add water to keep it at a consistency of chili con carne. Great for parties and BBQs.
