Trailer Truffles

It's an easy fudge recipe that's made with Velveeta cheese! Not to worry, you can't even taste the cheese. It creates an ultra-creamy texture without sacrificing the amazing fudgy chocolate flavor. Try these for a Christmas dessert, or any time of year for a treat you won't be able to get enough of.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 cup butter
- 2 (16-ounce) boxes powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup nutmeats (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Melt butter and cheese in a large saucepan, stirring constantly. Add other ingredients in order given and stir until smooth.
- Spread in a 10x15 inch buttered pan. Cool completely and cut into squares.
