Peanut Butter Cups in a Pan

Comment On This Article

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine (1 cup, half a pound) softened
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (I love chunky, but smooth is better here)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (one inner package)(fine crumbs)
  • 1 box confectioners sugar (one pound)
  • 12-oz package chocolate chips
Instructions

Mix everything but the chocolate. I use my mixer. Spread in a 9x9 pan. Melt the chocolate chips over low heat until just melted. Spread over the peanut butter stuff. Cool in the fridge until it is solid. Cut into squares and eat. I use about half to 2/3 of the sugar because it is really sweet with a whole box. Sometimes I use more chips, and sometimes use milk chocolate chips also.
