Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  • 5 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup white karo syrup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 40 oz.s jar peanut butter
  • 3 large tablespoons marshmallow cream
Instructions

Mix sugar, karo, butter and milk on low heat and cook until forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Beat until mixed well and pour into a 13 x 9 pan. Cool at room temperature. YIELD: 5 pounds
