Easy and Elegant Peanut Butter Truffles

Give your oven a rest with easy no-bake holiday desserts! These Easy and Elegant Peanut Butter Truffles are simple to make and are set to eat in a matter of minutes. Serve them at parties or drizzle them with chocolate and give them as gifts!

Ingredients
  • 1 jar (about 18-ounces) smooth peanut butter
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 12-ounce package of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 slab of paraffin
Instructions
  1. Combine peanut butter, powered sugar, and margarine.  Mix well with a mixer and then with your hands.
     
  2. Take 1 teaspoon of mix and shape into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.  Chill in refrigerator.
     
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and paraffin in a bowl in the microwave. Then using toothpicks, dip the cold balls in chocolate and place them on wax paper.  Place chocolate covered truffles in refrigerator to set.
