I love peanut butter fudge. Happily, so does my wife and our grandkids, and this recipe is going to make all of us very happy. I like that it's mostly made with dark chocolate, which is something both my wife and I prefer over milk chocolate. It's really simple to make, and I'm glad to add this to my file of fudge recipes. I know this one will get made often.
