Cinnamon Hazelnut Pralines

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup International Delight Hazelnut creamer
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cups chopped hazelnuts
Instructions

Heat sugar, butter, creamer, and baking soda in saucepan. Stir frequently until it reaches a soft boil. Remove from heat, add extract and nuts. Drop spoon sized amounts on waxed paper, let set. Store in airtight container.
