Chocolate Modeling Paste

Ingredients

  • 180g melted chocolate
  • 140gwarm liquid glucose

Instructions

Stir together until coagulated and thick, and knead on a non stick mat (oil will surface). It will go smooth. Wrap in silicone parchment and put in fridge for at least 24 hrs. Use as you like, it will not go hard.
