Campbell's Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Beef stew is a wonderful, hearty meal, and this is one of my favorite Campbell's soup recipes. It's simple, uses few ingredients, and tastes just incredible. Make it tonight and taste for yourself!

Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean beef stew meat
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup cooking sherry

Instructions

Place beef, soup mix, soup, mushrooms, and sherry in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes or bread.
