Vanilla Wafer Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 (12-oz.) bag vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla wafer crumbs alternately with milk. Add pecans and chocolate chips. Add extract. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 300 degrees for one hour and 25 minutes. Cool in pan. The flavor is better on the second day.
