I love Key Lime Pie, and the thought of having that wonderful flavor in a layer cake was beyond my imagination. The recipe is a little labor intensive, and it may look complicated, but it is well written and easy to follow. Just take your time with it, and you will be rewarded with one of the most flavorful, moist. delicious layer cakes you have ever had.
