Champagne Wishes Cake

You'll be living the lifestyle of the rich and famous when you serve up this delicious Champagne Wishes Cake. Not only does this fruity cake taste like a million bucks, it's also incredibly easy to make. This is one of those recipes with cake mix that will quickly become your go-to dessert when you want something yummy and in a hurry!

Cooking Time: 20 min

Ingredients
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (large) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, club soda, and eggs. Beat with mixer.
     
  3. Stir in pineapple and nuts with spoon.
     
  4. Pour batter into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan.
     
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
     
  6. Prepare the topping by mixing pecans, coconut, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.  Spread on cake.
