Apple Cake in a Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet. Place flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, apples, and pecans in a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Add the oil, milk, egg, and vanilla and mix to comine.
- Pour batter into the skillet and shake to even it out. Bake until done.
