Cajun Pork Chops

Delicious Cajun Pork Chops are an easy, cost-effective meal. These savory-spicy chops are smothered in a mixture of seasonings and then pan-fried. Try this fried pork chops recipe.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops 1 inch thick
  • 4 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon sage, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 tsp. butter
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

1. Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Press seasoning mixture into pork chops with hands to adhere.

2. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. When butter just begins to turn golden, add olive oil and pork chops. Reduce heat to medium and saute 8-10 minutes, turning chops frequently, until dark brown on the outside and cooked throughout.
