Doesn't dark chocolate go so well with cranberries? I think the combination is a good one because it keeps the dessert from being super sweet. Sometimes, you can get an awfully rich chocolate dessert that drowns out the flavor of the cranberries, but not with this one. The balance is awesome. I want another piece.
