Cappuccino Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. freeze dried coffee
  • 2 teaspoons boiling water
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In cup, combine coffee and water; set aside. Melt over hot (not boiling) water, semi-sweet chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Set aside. In large bowl combine sugar and butter; beat until creamy. Add eggs, coffee and cinnamon; beat well. Stir in melted chocolate and flour. Spread into foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 Degree F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares. Serve cool and with a touch of Cool Whip.
