Blonde Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs large
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 11-ounce package peanut butter chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with non-stick spray. In a small bowl, stir flour and salt; set aside. In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. At low speed, beat in flour mixture just until moistened. By hand, stir in peanut butter chips. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Cool pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars
