My fiance would think that he had died and gone to heaven if I made him these. He is a total chocoholic! They do look really easy to make and I bet that I would love them too. I do think calling them a "muffin" is a bit of a stretch. I think that the term "cupcake" would be more appropriate. I think that I will make a couple of batches of this recipe for the next bake sale.
