Ingredients

  • 7 ounces warm water
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c rye flour
  • 1 1/2 c bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
