Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  • 4 T melted butter
  • 4 T water
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T sugar
  • 4 C bread flour
  • 2 pkgs yeast
  • softened butter
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp milk
Instructions

Add all dough ingredients, run on sweet dough cycle or white bread cycle. When done roll out into a 17 X 10 rectangle. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread softeded butter over dough. Sprinkle brown sugar mix over butter. Roll tightly, pinching edges together to seal. Slice rolled dough into 1/2" slices. Place into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Don't overbake. Combine frosting ingredients and spread over warm rolls.
