This is an easy recipe that is convenient to make on a busy weeknight when dinner needs to be ready as soon as possible. Since vegetables are included in the main dish, there is no need to prepare side dishes. When making this, I would use lean ground beef. Zucchini is the star of this recipe, and this main dish has Italian flavors - basil, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
