Yields: 20

Cooking Time: 15 min

  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut oil
  • wonton wrappers, round
  • water for cooking
Instructions
  1. Combine beef, soy sauce, cilantro, ginger, cornstarch and oil.

  2. Place 8 wonton wrappers on work surface. Place 2 teaspoons of filling in center of each wonton wrapper.
