Italian Rice and Beans

Ingredients

  • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 clove garlic to 15 ounce can
  • tomato sauce. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sweet basil.

Instructions

Cook tomato sauce for 1/2 hour. Add 1 can (15-19 oz) cannellini beans to sauce. (White kidney beans) Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add cooked rice or pasta to the sauce. If you use pasta, get small sea shells.
