Fudge Revel Bars
These chocolate dessert bars are so easy that you can make them in about 30 minutes. Fudge Revel Bars have a cookie base that's made with oats. A layer of homemade chocolate fudge goes on top of that, and dollops of cookie dough are sprinkled on top. These bars are convenient to bring to parties and potlucks, and people will love the balance of cookie and chocolate. Just make sure you don't eat all of the batter before you form the bars!

What a quick, easy and delicious thing to make up for a potluck or a meeting. I agree that the hardest thing in making this is actually getting to make this without eating all the dough beforehand. I love nuts, and I think I might sprinkle some peanuts or slivered almonds on top along with the remaining dough.
