Easy Pioneer Bars

Easy to make, treat your family to dessert bar recipes. Easy Pioneer Bars are made with ingredients that you probably have in your pantry and are ready before you even know it. Travel the world of desserts and try one or two or even three.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
     
  3. Mix in brown sugar, oats, and chocolate chips.
     
  4. Combine eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir into chocolate chip mixture.
     
  5. Press into an ungreased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
     
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before cutting.
