If you're in need of something different for dinner or a great easy appetizer recipe, try these No-Bother Mini Florentine Cups. Muffin tin recipes like these are simply beyond easy to make and simply - no bother at all! The kids will enjoy the mini sized food and adults will love the taste.

  • 1 (10-ounce) package of frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese spread
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 24 slices deli style shaved turkey breast
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except turkey.
  2. Place one slice turkey into each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
  3. Fill with 1 1/2 tsp of the spinach mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
