Gratifying Ground Beef Puffs


There are two reasons why you'll love these Gratifying Ground Beef Puffs. First, they taste absolutely delicious, and second, they're so easy to make you barely have to lift a finger! The next time you're having guests over, this recipe with ground beef is sure to come in handy. Bite-sized beef-filled appetizers are great for serving a crowd and this simple recipe makes preparation and cooking a breeze. Stop searching for appetizers with ground beef... this is the only recipe you'll ever need!

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 50 -60 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, in the can
  1. While browning beef, add onion soup mix.
  2. Let cool and mix in cheese.
  3. Put about 1 tablespoon of mixture on an unrolled biscuit and pinch shut.
  4. Place biscuit pinched side down on cookie sheet. Bake according to directions on biscuit can.
  5. Serve with spicy mustard.


Variation: Use taco seasoning instead of soup mix and jalapeno cheese. Serve with salsa.
