Only serve the best appetizer recipes at your next get-together. Chili BBQ Chicken Kabobs are a sweet and tangy treat that have a bit of a kick to them. Finger licking good, they'll be gone before you even know it. A perfect balance between spicy and sweet, it's a recipe that is enjoyed by all. Win the host of the year award and cook up these kabobs for your guests.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • dash red pepper flakes
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Wash chicken breast halves and remove excess fat; cube and spear onto skewers. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side; remove from heat.
  2. In a small saucepan melt butter then add remaining ingredients. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and brush over chicken. Serve with steamed white rice with fresh lime and cilantro.
