Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook cabbage in boiling salted water until tender, about 12-15 minutes. Drain well and cut into six wedges.
     
  2. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour; add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
     
  3. Stir in mustard and salt. Pour hot sauce over wedges and serve.
