Brie Topped with Cranberry Marmalade

Your friends and family will lose their etiquette when they break into a Brie Topped with Cranberry Marmalade. Cranberry topping recipes for Brie are also easier than you think!

Ingredients
  • 12 inch wheel Brie cheese
  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup dried currants
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 pinch dry mustard
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch cloves
  • 1 pinch ginger
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Cook cranberries, brown sugar, currants, water, mustard, allspice, cardmom, cloves and ginger over medium heat until they cranberries pop.
     
  3. Bring to room temperature.
     
  4. Take skin off top of brie, but leave 1/4 inch around the edge. Leave all skin on the sides.
     
  5. Put cooled marmalade on top.
     
  6. Bake until cheese melts, approximately 15 minutes.
     
  7. Serve warm with apple and pear slices and/or crackers.
