Bacon-wrapped anything immediately gets my attention, and this recipe sounds absolutely yummy. The chipolte mayo sounds like the perfect addition to this snack, and I'd be tempted to whip up some of it and try it as a condiment on other things, like burgers or sandwiches. This will definitely get made up soon!
